Sandwich Toaster

Most toasters of the past have been only for bread, but not anymore. Introducing the adjustable bread and sandwich toaster.

Easy Quesadilla

Don't have time to make a big meal, don't worry this easy quesadilla recipe will make a great meal.
Ingredients 

  • 1 soft flour wrap
  • mix of shredded cheeses - cheddar, monterey jack, and mozzarella 
  • guacamole, salsa, sour cream (optional)
  • Leftover white meat chicken (optional)
Directions
  1. Put the chicken and cheese onto the wrap and place in a pan (or microwave). Cook until chicken is warm and cheese is melted.
  2. Spread guacamole salsa and sour cream on top.
  3. Enjoy

Blueberry Muffins

This morning, I found myself longing for a nice baked breakfast treat. Immediately I thought of muffins, and this recipe sure did satisfy my craving.



Ingredients
2 cups flour
·      ½ tsp. salt
·      1tbs. baking powder
·      1 Stick sweet-cream butter
·      1 cups sugar
·      1 tsp. vanilla extract
·      1 egg
·      1 cup Milk
·      A sprinkle of ground cinnamon
·      1 cup fresh blueberries ( or other fruits/nuts)

Directions
1.     Preheat oven to 380 degrees
2.     Sift flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl
3.     Cream the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in the bowl of a mixer
4.     Slowly mix in the flour mixture alternating with the milk
5.     Stir in blueberries (or any other fruits/nuts) by hand
6.     Spoon the muffins evenly into a muffin pan
7.     Sprinkle sugar onto the tops of the muffins and put them into the oven
8.     Bake for approximately 30 mins or until golden brown

A Shake Shake Copycat

Shake Shack, I'd say one of the best burgers in the world. But can you really make one of these mouthwateringly-delicious burgers at home? I think so.
Ingredients
  • 12 ounces medium fat ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 4 Potato Sandwich Buns 
  • 4 tablespoons Shack Sauce (recipe follows)
  • 4 leaves of green-leaf lettuce
  • 8 slices ripe plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil (or Olive oil)
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Worcestershire sauce for cooking (optional)
Sauce Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 4 slices kosher dill pickle
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch cayenne pepper

Directions
  1. Form the meat into 2" by 2" burger patties
  2. Brush the buns with a little butter and place into the toaster until desired crispiness
  3. Spread some sauce onto the insides of the bun
  4. Oil a skillet and season the burgers with salt and pepper and Worcestershire (if desired)
  5. Cook the burgers until the outside has become brown (around 3 minutes)
  6. Flip the burgers and melt the American cheese on top
  7. Put the burgers on the buns and top with lettuce and tomatoes
  8. Enjoy.

Pizza Oven?

The Presto Pizzazz Pizza Maker by presto can make a pizza with is circular rotating mechanism in half the time of a regular oven, the question is. Is it good? The Pizzazz Pizza Maker has a heated top and bottom rotator that cook the pizza on both sides. It can make all types of pizzas- frozen or fresh.

Fried Rice

Fried Rice
This is a recipe for delicious fried rice. 
Recipe
Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
1/2-1 cup Sesame oil
1 medium onion (chopped)
1- 1 1/2 (depending on taste) stalks celery (chopped)
2 carrots (diced)
3-4 chive stalks (chopped finely)
1 cup peas (If fresh peas are not available, you may use frozen)
3 eggs (beaten)
1/4-1/2 cup soy sauce (to taste)
pepper
Worcestershire sauce (to taste) (optional)

Directions
1. Brown onions, celery, carrots, and chive in the sesame oil in a deep skillet about 3 mins.
2. Remove the vegetables and scramble the eggs in the skillet
3. Once the eggs are finished add in the vegetables and and rice
4. Season with peper, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce
5. Mix well and Cook until warm
