Sandwich Toaster
Most toasters of the past have been only for bread, but not anymore. Introducing the adjustable bread and sandwich toaster.
Easy Quesadilla
Don't have time to make a big meal, don't worry this easy quesadilla recipe will make a great meal.
Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1 soft flour wrap
- mix of shredded cheeses - cheddar, monterey jack, and mozzarella
- guacamole, salsa, sour cream (optional)
- Leftover white meat chicken (optional)
Directions
- Put the chicken and cheese onto the wrap and place in a pan (or microwave). Cook until chicken is warm and cheese is melted.
- Spread guacamole salsa and sour cream on top.
- Enjoy
Blueberry Muffins
This morning, I found myself longing for a nice baked breakfast treat. Immediately I thought of muffins, and this recipe sure did satisfy my craving.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
·
½ tsp. salt
·
1tbs. baking powder
·
1 Stick sweet-cream butter
·
1 cups sugar
·
1 tsp. vanilla extract
·
1 egg
·
1 cup Milk
·
A sprinkle of ground cinnamon
·
1 cup fresh blueberries ( or other fruits/nuts)
Directions
1.
Preheat oven to 380 degrees
2.
Sift flour, salt, and baking powder in a medium
bowl
3.
Cream the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla in the
bowl of a mixer
4.
Slowly mix in the flour mixture alternating with
the milk
5.
Stir in blueberries (or any other fruits/nuts)
by hand
6.
Spoon the muffins evenly into a muffin pan
7.
Sprinkle sugar onto the tops of the muffins and
put them into the oven
8.
Bake for approximately 30 mins or until golden brown

A Shake Shake Copycat

Shake Shack, I'd say one of the best burgers in the world. But can you really make one of these mouthwateringly-delicious burgers at home? I think so.
Ingredients
- 12 ounces medium fat ground beef
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 Potato Sandwich Buns
- 4 tablespoons Shack Sauce (recipe follows)
- 4 leaves of green-leaf lettuce
- 8 slices ripe plum tomatoes
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil (or Olive oil)
- Kosher salt and ground black pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
- Worcestershire sauce for cooking (optional)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 4 slices kosher dill pickle
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- Pinch cayenne pepper
Directions
- Form the meat into 2" by 2" burger patties
- Brush the buns with a little butter and place into the toaster until desired crispiness
- Spread some sauce onto the insides of the bun
- Oil a skillet and season the burgers with salt and pepper and Worcestershire (if desired)
- Cook the burgers until the outside has become brown (around 3 minutes)
- Flip the burgers and melt the American cheese on top
- Put the burgers on the buns and top with lettuce and tomatoes
- Enjoy.
